SCNL Provincial Skating Championships

Skate Canada NL Provincial Skating Championships
Skaters, parents, coaches and skating fans gather in February for the Skate Canada NL Provincial Skating Championships. Having earned the opportunity to compete at Provincials through their respective Divisional event or the Skate Canada NL Sectional Skating Championships skaters vie for personal bests and for some categories, it is also the qualifying event for the Atlantic Canadian Championships that will be held in Paradise, NL  March 27-29, 2020. This grassroots level competition is the most important event of the year for athletes in the Skate Canada STAR Program. With results well publicized throughout the province this event is one of the most anticipated of all events operated by Skate Canada Newfoundland and Labrador.
